A stunning hike up Cadair Idris, Dolgellau
The warm morning Sun beamed down on us through clear blue skies as we sat in the Cadair Idris car park eating sausage rolls for breakfast.
We took the Pony Path from the above car park and it was pretty much 3 miles of non-stop climbing. That being said, we only drank 250ml of water between us the entire hike. After reaching the summit we ate a picnic before heading back the same way. Stopping at a plateau above Llyn y Gader called The Saddle to take in the views one last time (and get engaged).
