Three Walks in Clocaenog Forest

Rhyd y Gaseg, Clocaenog Forest, Wales

Since it was on our doorstep, we took advantage of three more short walks in Clocaenog Forest.

Coed y Fron Wyllt was first on the list and a pleasant circular walk through narrow forest paths with the usual scenery. Very peaceful, with only the odd dog walker breaking the solitude.

From there we visited Pool Park, a very small forest loop that we completed in less than half an hour.

Last stop of the day was Rhyd y Gaseg, a slightly longer walk with varied terrain and a few steep sections that raised the heart rate a bit!
