The Glasdir Copper Trail, Coed-y-Brenin Forest A sign post on the Precipice Walk pointed below to the Glasdir Copper Mine. Then a couple told us to visit the waterfalls there too. We had to investigate!

Coed y Brenin Forest After completing the New Precipice Walk and eating a picnic we travelled North about 10 minutes to Coed y Brenin Forest, part of the Snowdonia National Park. New Precipice Walk Another recommendation took us to a hidden car park in Llanelltyd, near Dolgellau, to ascend through the forest to the New Precipice Walk. It took about 2 hours to reach the beginning of the Precipice. Once there the views down the Mawddach Estuary to Barmouth were stunning.
